How are my sales measured?
By what your store actually takes in over a month. Your tier is the band your sales fall into — nobody is counting individual orders, and there is no penalty box.
Can I switch tiers as I grow?
Yes, in both directions. Farms are seasonal — a produce farm in January is not the same farm it is in July — and moving down is as normal as moving up. Just tell us.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Your store gets built, your customer list gets imported, and your pickup locations get set up as part of joining. That is the work, and it is not billed separately.
Is there a contract?
No contract and no term. It is month to month, and if you ever leave, your customer list goes with you.
What are the add-ons?
Things that cost real money to run for every message or every use — text notifications are the clearest example. They are priced at cost, they are optional, and nothing that is part of the platform is hiding in there.
What if I go over my tier?
Nothing shuts off and nothing gets charged automatically. We notice, we mention it, and you move up when it makes sense. A good month should not come with a bill you did not expect.
